An unrealised project for a swimming pool and fitness area in the real tennis court wing, designed by Sir Christopher Wren, attached to  Easton Neston house designed by Hawksmoor. The pool was to be at first floor level, accessed by external stairs from the garden with windows at water level. A new shallow arched window to be inserted in the north elevation would allow swimmers to look out across the  trees in the orchard. 1998.
